Meet the Team

Josh Lady is President and Chief Executive Officer of Encompass Health Solutions. Josh is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for Encompass. Josh brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience to Encompass, with comprehensive knowledge ranging from investment and finance to development, asset management, and business operations.

Josh holds a Master’s degree from Central Michigan University with emphasis in Healthcare Administration and Corporate Finance. After receiving his Master’s, Josh earned his Fellowship from the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is board certified in healthcare management and a licensed Project Management Professional.

Julie Bowe is the Senior VP of Finance Operations at Encompass Health Solutions. Julie is responsible for the management and strategic direction of financial processes and outcomes for Encompass. Julie brings over 20 years of health care revenue cycle, accounting, financial planning, and leadership experience to Encompass Health Solutions.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her service has included Board and Advisory roles with non-profit organizations such as the Salvation Army of Milwaukee.

Marcia Carlson is Vice President of Revenue Integrity and Growth at Encompass Health Solutions. Marcia is responsible for Revenue Integrity including operational efficiency, reimbursement, and expansion of Encompass’ Tribal Health Innovations partnership. Marcia brings more than 17 years of Revenue Cycle experience to the team, with proven ability to strengthen organizations, drive strategy execution, streamline operations, and capture untapped opportunities for growth.

Along with being Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC), Marcia’s credentials also include certification by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Anesthesia and Pain Management Coder (CANPC), recognizing a high-level of revenue cycle knowledge and excellence.

Wanda Prada is the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Optimization at Encompass Health Solutions. Wanda is responsible for the operational management and coordination of overall day-to-day functions for Tribal Health Innovations. Wanda brings over 18 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience to Encompass with experience working with private practices and several Indian Health Service areas to include Alaska, Navajo, Phoenix, and most recently, Nashville.

Wanda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is certified as a Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Wanda is also certified as a Professional Outpatient Coder (COC), Orthopedic Surgery Coder (COSC), and Medical Auditor (CPMA) by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Georgia Strasler is Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at Encompass Health Solutions. Georgia provides oversight of coding and billing processes including AR aging, claim resolution, and collections. In addition, Georgia is responsible for the development, implementation and quality assurance of all policies and procedures as they relate to billing and coding operations to provide maximum efficiency and reimbursement. Georgia brings over 30 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience to Encompass Health Solutions.

Georgia’s credentials include certification by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and a Certified Anesthesia and Pain Management Coder (CANPC), recognizing a high-level of revenue cycle knowledge and excellence.

Kathryn Skorheim is a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Optimization for Tribal Health Innovations. In her role, Kathryn oversees the day-to-day operations of coding and billing teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across revenue cycle functions. She is responsible for supporting overall workflow management and operational performance. Kathryn brings 20+ years of Revenue Cycle Management and professional medical coding experience to THI. Kathryn’s past positions included additional experience working within tribal healthcare. Kathryn has a Medical Assistant degree and is certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Kathryn also has additional training in IHS RPMS PCC Data Entry, 3rd Party Billing and Accounts Receivable.

Brianna Lavery is the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle and Operations for Encompass Health Solutions. In her role, Brianna leads day-to-day operations across billing, coding, and administrative functions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the revenue cycle. She is actively involved in coding, billing, and auditing, with a strong understanding of payer requirements and compliance standards. Brianna also oversees operations for the Ketamine Wellness Center and plays a key role in driving internal initiatives and process improvements that support overall performance. Brianna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is certified as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Anesthesia and Pain Management Coder (CANPC), and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
