Paul O’Quinn is Director of New Ventures and Diversified Markets, Southeast Region at Encompass Health Solutions. Paul is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives and programs that advance revenue cycle management growth within the Southeast Region. Paul has 15+ years of experience in healthcare and brings a data-driven, process-oriented, value-focused approach to the execution of a growth framework.

Paul has a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from Radford University. Paul is certified in Lean Healthcare with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Core Business Start-Up.
